All specific components are internally developed and produced according our own designs by selected suppliers. The final assembly, initial calibration and commissioning of all products is made at our location in Schwielowsee, situated 30 km south-west of Berlin.

Moisture Analyzer HydroTracer FMX
The HydroTracer is a highly accurate moisture analyser, which measures low water contents in solids. It uses a chemical determination of the actual water mass.
The HydroTracer FMX was developed for the measurement of granules used in injection molding. This device is recommended almost all applications.
Moisture Analyzer HydroTracer FLV
The HydroTracer FLV provides an enlarged sample tray (depth 30 mm) for the measurement of materials with low bulk density (fibres, chopped foils, thin-walled regrind) and measurement of molded parts. The HydroTracer FLV is used also for testing materials with water contents lower than 50 ppm because a significant bigger sample weight can be used.
The software allows the user to adjusts the following parameters for a measurement:
- heating rate dT/dt can be selected within range of 1 K/min to 20 K/min in 1 K - steps
- heating temperatures can be selected between 50-210°C
- time of the heating on two different levels within one measurement can be selected individually. The maximum total test time is 120 minutes.
